All payments are to be made in advance of the event in US/SG Dollars by Credit Card or Inter-Bank transfers. Bank details will be provided upon receipt of registration.
Cancellation & Substitutions
You may substitute delegates at any time, however, we will not provide cash refunds for cancellations.
- For cancellations received in writings more than seven (7) days prior to the training course, you will receive a 100% credit to be used at another PSSI International Pte Ltd workshops for up to one year from the date of issuance.
- For cancellations received seven (7) days or less prior to the event (including day 7), no credit will be issued.
- For very unlikely event cancellation by us, delegate payments at the date of cancellation will be credited to a future PSSI International Pte Ltd workshops. This credit will be available for up to one year from the date of issuance.
- For very unlikely event postpones, delegate payment at the postponement date will be credited towards the rescheduled date. If the delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled event, the delegate will receive a 100% credit representing payments made towards a future PSSI International Pte Ltd event. This credit will be available for up to one year from the date of issuance. No refund will be available for cancellations or postponements.

PSSI International Pte Ltd shall assume no liability whatsoever if the training course is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance or this training course impracticable or impossible beyond management control. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to War, Act of the government of the state, Civil commotion, Fire, Labour strike, Insurrection, Embargo, Industrial action, Extreme weather or any other emergency.
Please note that speakers/trainers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing; however, if faced with unlikely circumstances beyond the control of the organizers, it may be necessary for substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers/trainers and/or topics. As such, we reserve the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers/trainers and/or topic if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page, social media pages and emailed out ASAP.
You will be responsible for your own hotel and visa arrangements. Hotel rooms at specially negotiated rates are available for registered delegates at the venue for PSSI International Pte Ltd events/courses. When registering, please request our sales representative a hotel reservation and contact details.
Casual business attire.
You are responsible for all your personal belongings for the duration of the event, while in the hotel or other meeting space; this includes all breaks, lunch, and overnight accommodations. We do not assume responsibility for any missing or damaged articles.
